Legal Basis and Scope
This Commercial Electronic Message Consent text has been prepared under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). As BNET Bulut Bilişim LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as “BurtiNET”), we send commercial electronic messages only once we have obtained your explicit consent.
This page explains the consent conditions for sending commercial messages (e-mail, SMS, etc.) through BurtiNET’s website, customer panel, membership or contact forms, as well as your rights to unsubscribe. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).
What Is a Commercial Message and Explicit Consent
A commercial electronic message is a message containing advertising, campaign, promotional or commercial information that is sent via e-mail, short message (SMS), call center or similar channels. BurtiNET sends such messages only after obtaining your prior and explicit consent. Explicit consent is deemed to have been given for a specific message type and channel by ticking the consent box or by a similar explicit statement.
Mandatory service-related notifications (order confirmations, invoices, password resets, security alerts, notices of changes to the agreement, etc.) are not considered commercial messages; these messages are sent as required by the service relationship and legal obligations and are not subject to the explicit consent requirement.
Giving Consent and Types of Messages
If you wish to receive commercial messages, you can give your explicit consent by ticking the consent box on the membership form, newsletter subscription or the relevant page. Consent applies only to the message type and channel you have ticked (e.g. campaigns by e-mail, campaigns by SMS). You can choose the channel you prefer, or choose not to receive commercial messages by leaving all boxes unticked.
Types of messages that may be sent if you give explicit consent (examples):
- Product and service announcements, campaigns and discount offers
- Newsletters, technical tips and industry information
- Surveys, customer satisfaction or promotional messages
Messages relate only to the BurtiNET brand and its services; we do not sell your e-mail address or telephone number to third parties or share them for advertising purposes. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.
Unsubscribing and Withdrawing Consent
If you do not wish to receive commercial messages or wish to withdraw consent you have previously given, you can unsubscribe in the following ways:
- E-mail: You can unsubscribe with a single click by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in the commercial messages sent to you.
- Manual requests: You can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to info@burtinet.com with the subject “I would like to unsubscribe from commercial messages”, or via the communication preferences section of your Customer Panel (if available).
If you withdraw your consent, the sending of commercial messages will stop; the change is reflected in the system within a reasonable period (usually 5 business days). Mandatory service notifications (orders, invoices, security, etc.) will continue to be sent.

For questions about commercial message consent or unsubscribing, you can write to info@burtinet.com. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and your other rights regarding your personal data, you can use the application methods set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).
