BurtiNET is a hosting provider authorized by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).
Legal Basis
Pursuant to Article 3 of Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, hosting providers are obliged to keep their identifying information up to date and accessible to users on the internet. A hosting provider is the natural or legal person that provides or operates the systems hosting services and content.
This page has been prepared in order to fulfil BurtiNET’s obligation to publish identifying information under Law No. 5651 in its capacity as a hosting provider. Every effort is made to keep the information up to date; this page will be updated in the event of any change.

BurtiNET is a hosting provider offering web hosting, reseller hosting, virtual server, dedicated server and related IT services; within the scope of these services, customer content and data are hosted on systems provided or operated by BurtiNET.
Hosting Location (Data Center)
BurtiNET’s servers and hosting infrastructure are located at the Istanbul MARS Data Center. The systems used to provide the services are physically housed in this data center; customer data and content are processed and stored in this environment.
The data center location, infrastructure security and availability are subject to the agreement and technical conditions between BurtiNET and the data center provider. This page will be updated in the event of a change of address or facility.
